!! By purchasing any artwork from me, you are automatically accepting my terms of service !!
HOW TO COMMISSION?
Before ordering, I will need some specifics of your request:● Type (portrait, fullbody, reference sheet, etc);● Reference sheet or visual description of your character;● And some commission info. Describe what you'd like me to draw: expression, mood, colors, pose, background, etc. The more -- the better. You may also leave it to me!
PROCESS
● After receiving a message I can ask a few more questions to clarify the order;
● When everything is clarified, I'll tell you the exact price and I’ll give you my PayPal infos for the payment;
● All prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request or the character.
● I will send commission wips in the process (about 3-4);
● Heavy corrections are acceptable on the sketch stage only.
After then, I would make only small edits (especially on a rendered stage. Otherwise, I'll have to charge extra payment for editing). So please let me know if you want to change something in concept as soon as possible!
PAYMENT
● Full prepayment via PayPal, EURO;
● Refunds cannot be committed
● Split payments are acceptable starting from 200€. You’ll get the HD commission file only after payment.
DEADLINES
I usually work without deadlines, on average I need 1-5 months for the commission.
If you need a commission for a certain date, then tell me!
If there is not enough time for me (ex: if you need the artwork in a short span of time), then I may request for an additional payment (40-70%).!!PLEASE!! Do not rush me, I will work when I can and most of the time the artwork will be completed relatively fast.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
● Credit me if posting the artwork on social media;
● Personal use is allowed. You can post it on your profile, print for personal use, etc;
● NSFW thematics will cost about 20/50% more than base price based on the content choosed;
● You can not use the artwork to make profit without my permission or previous agreement.
For commercial use fees are required. If you want to use my works for commercial purposes, I might have to ask for an additional price (40-80%);
● You can not claim the artwork as your own. All sketches and the final result is copyrighted to me. Original characters are still copyrighted to their creator/owner;
● I reserve the right to use any work in my personal portfolios, if you want your commission to remain private I additionally charge 50% more. I'll use the artwork in commercial purposes only with your permission;
● I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason;
● NO NFT.
● I DO NOT CONSENT FOR MY WORK TO BE USED FOR AI PURPOSES
WHAT I WILL DRAW
● Anthros, monsters, creatures, ferals and humans;
● Soft nudity;
● Nsfw;
● Characters of any sex, orientation and gender;
● Blood, gore and violence;
I WON’T DRAW
● Some backgrounds (ask!);
● Some fetishes (feel free to ask! I’m not sensitive over this topic.)
● Hate and discrimination themes (homophobia, racism, etc..)
